Discovery
After you have made your initial contact we will send you a simple questionnaire to help us establish what you require from a property here in Mallorca. Of course this is completely personal but we have found that by asking specific questions we will be able to deliver a good starting point.

Search
We will speak with you a few times during the initial discovery period to help us add a little depth to your questionnaire responses. After 1-2 weeks we will be in a position to use our network on the island to produce an initial list of around 10 properties. Before we send them to you we will personally visit each one to make sure that there are no surprises, and so we can provide an informed overview. You will look at the properties we have shortlisted and give us feedback. This allows us to refine the selection process

Visit
Once we have refined the selections to take into account all feedback, it will be time to visit the Island. As part of our process we will organise everything you require for your visit. It is possible to book VIP travel to Mallorca from your front door, hotels or villas, all transport whilst here and provide you with bookings at restaurants. We realise that time is precious and so we want to make all aspects of your trip go smoothly and have your time managed efficiently. If we have done our work properly (and we do), it is likely that one of your shortlisted properties will fulfil exactly what you are looking for.

Purchase
After you have returned home and had a period of time to reflect on your visit and the properties you have seen, if you wish to move forward we will then get to work with negotiations. This can take a little time but normally, due to our original intensive vetting procedure, we would expect to bring this process to a close relatively expediently. We will then advise on lawyers, accountants, architects and surveyors so you have all of the information you require before completing the purchase. We are also able to help with finance if required.
