Quantum Mallorca was started to cater for demand from UK and US clients for property in Mallorca.  James was advising on property purchases, using his financial background to advise on investment portfolios, and his personal experience to advise on building, reform and interior design.  He drew the correct conclusion that overseas buyers struggle to navigate the intricacies of the local Mallorcan property market in an efficient manner.  Many came to him through word of mouth after trying but failing to find what they wanted, or worse, purchasing a property that they were then unable to develop as they wished or was just unsuitable because of poor advice.

Quantum Mallorca now offer a bespoke service for discerning buyers.  They limit themselves to a maximum of four active clients at any one point allowing them the time and focus required to carry out the search and process correctly.
